UWB module TC22NI22 is an ultra-wideband transceiver module developed by Tiantai Information based on NCJ29D5 design. The module integrates antenna and RF circuit, which can be used in TDOA positioning system, with a positioning accuracy of 10cm~30cm and a data rate of 7.8Mbps.
